Established in 2004, the Company has achieved some significant growth over the last 2-3 years and is now looking to enter a new exciting growth phase, as it develops its niche within the transport and logistics industry.
In order to maintain their advantage in a competitive market, they offer one to one bespoke support to all their clients providing advice, support and solutions to customers that are looking for a one stop shop freight forwarder, including customs procedures, documentation, letters of credit and additional services which go beyond those of their competitors and are not normally offered in the market place.
Whilst experience in customer service and working in international trade would be of an advantage no experience of freight forwarding is necessary as full training will be provided. Therefore this role would be suitable to someone looking for a new challenge in their career.

As a Freight Forwarding Administrator your duties will include:
Handling Air, Sea, Road, Courier jobs, from bookings through to completion

Develop and build relationships with existing and new customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Processing all shipping documentation and completing freight administration.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Monitoring.

Maintaining the In House CRM system.
The Successful Candidate will need to demonstrate:
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Good communicator, customer focussed, a can do attitude.
- Willingness to learn new skills and undertake training
- Team Working
In return you will receive a starting salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience. Subject to completing objectives salary is reviewed each year. Hours are generally 8.00am to 5pm inclusive of lunch breaks, though times can be flexible.
