Marketing Internship

Organisation: Incos Ltd.
Location: Harrow, Middlesex.
Hours of work: 38 hours per week. Usual working hours: Mon-Thurs 9.00 am – 6.00 pm; Fri 9.00 am – 4.00 pm.

Salary: £400/month

It is a 3 month Internship opportunity with the prospect of a permanent position on a successful completion of the Internship period.

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a pragmatic, proactive and innovative individual who is passionate about online marketing and all things beauty.

Incos Ltd. is a manufacturer and distributor of So...?, the UK's leading mass market fragrance brand present in over 30 countries and winner of multiple awards.

Reporting to the UK & Export marketing team, the intern will be expected to assist in day to day activities at a very exciting time for the brand. The marketing intern’s tasks will include:

Content generation
• Brainstorming & campaign planning
• Assisting the marketing team on photo shoots

Social Media
• Assisting the marketing team on the management of the brands social media

Channels
• Compiling quarterly reports

Blogger Outreach
• Contacting bloggers with collaborative opportunities
• Compiling & posting care packages

Events
• Assisting the marketing team on the planning and execution of bloggers, instore and sponsored events, press parties etc.
• Attending events with the marketing team

General administrative tasks

Person Specification

- Studying for a degree in Marketing or a related subject + relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
- Good administrative and IT skills (including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.)
- Creativity and ability to work on own initiative.
