Poste et missions:
MISSIONS:
1. Analysis, competitive intelligence and strategic orientation
- Providing comprehensive market analysis to support business evaluation
- Measuring the performance and profitability of our customers
- Collecting and analyzing competitor activities
2. Sales coordination
- Supporting communication betwen HQ and Japanese partners
- Maintaining strong relationship with our distributors
- Providing Sales and Marketing support to partner teams
- Participating in establishing forecast
- Working with local sales team for proper implementation of new accounts
3. Business Development
- Participating in the definition of the commercial action plan
- Detecting growth opportunities. Building a prospection plan.
- Exploring and developing new targets as per company’s strategy
- Identifying top influencers to deal with social media, on-line B2B platforms
Profil:
- English and Japanese required
- Experience in an International Context. Experience in related industry is a plus.
- Good communication and negociation skills
- Customer oriented mindset, good listener, proactive
- Motivated self-starter with organizational skills and ability to multi task
LOCATION:
- Japon – Yokohama
- Regular trips to Hong Kong office
