Main responsibilities:

Logistics

* To assist Team Leader to manage the daily operation of receiving team;

* To secure efficient low-cost goods flow process and develop logistics competence in IKEA store to support store in selling volume, securing customer satisfaction and achieving profitability;

* To assist Team Leader to manage the team, develop the co-workers' competence and implement the daily management.

Requirements:

*You have 1-3 years working experience, preferably, in retail

*You have a genuine interest in retailing and enjoy working with customers

*You are eager to learn and initiatively take responsibilities

*You can learn from both success and mistakes

*You have a good English level, spoken and written

*Candidates with some leadership experience are preferred
