About the job

We are looking for an Operational Support WMS Super User to assist in the day to day running of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will work within a small team that supports the operation and develops the business. You will be required to contribute and support system enhancements in order to increase efficiency and quality, decrease operational costs and smoothing operational processes supporting ‘excellence in the running operation'.

You have an analytical ability and are able to see a problem as an opportunity. You are self-driven with excellent communication skills and you always put the customer first.

Assignments will consist of identifying gaps and training needs along with system quality, maintenance and development. You will participate in the DS Area ‘Super User Meetings' to share knowledge, meet and network with WMS Responsible and other WMS Super Users, therefore a degree of flexibility is a requirement.

You should have proven background within a systems environment.
·  Proven analytical skills and ability to understand different complex scenarios
·  Ability to develop and communicate strategic approaches
·  Strong communicative skills and ability to develop relationships
·  Self-driven, customer oriented, always striving to reach customer success
·  Use creative problem solving skills in conjunction with IKEA's core values

Additional Information :

1 x 40 hour per week
This role will work the hours required of the business, any 5 days from 7. An on call rota will apply.
