About you
You are a good presenter and a good writer and can communicate easily in both verbal and written English. You like to keep yourselfup to date on the latest online and eCommerce developments. You have knowledge of system/data integration and you have worked with survey solutions and in-page analytics. If you have experience of SiteCatalyst, or similar digital intelligence tools, it is an advantage.
About the job
As aWeb Analyst at IKEA.se your assignment is to support and create a seamless multichannel customer experience. You willanalyse and monitor customer behaviour and sales on IKEA.se in order to support sales and customer experience. Stimulatinghome furnishing interest online and attracting more consumers to become new eCommerce customers.
About the assignment
You main task will be to analyse and monitor customer behaviour. You will participate in relevant web development projects and work closely with market intelligence and other relevant partners in order to optimize web commerciality and functionality. You get inspired from the industry best practice to create new and better processes.
