In the IKEA world, we call this position a Goods Flow Co-worker.
Expected Starting Date: 27th June 2022
WHAT WE OFFER
• £11.30 basic hourly rate
• Living Wage Foundation Employer
• Part time: 24-30 hours with 5 out of 7 days & 3 out of 4 weekends, 6am starts are required.
Due to Health & Safety regulations, applicants must be over the age of 18.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As part of the Full-serve warehouse team in a store, you will have our customers at heart. Your daily duties will be, checking our stock on our systems, filling customer orders and ensuring the store is tidy and safe for trade. You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times.
We expect you to take responsibility to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your co-workers, and our customers.
We are looking for someone who can work hard in a physically demanding role with a customer driven mindset. You will have the ambition to grow within IKEA and to help develop others too, taking responsibility will come naturally.
Working in a fast paced warehouse/shop floor environment
Will involve heavy lifting and the need for accuracy and good team work - Working as part of a large fulfillment operation
Has the opportunity to train on fork lift trucks for extra responsibility and pay once probation complete.
