Your responsibilities

'- Be a reliable Business Partner to Unit Management in all people related topics to secure high level customer and co-workers‘ satisfaction so we can contribute to sustainable growth of IKEA
- Be a good example of IKEA leadership in ways that express the IKEA values within and outside IKEA and together with the Unit Managers help to safeguard and promote the IKEA Culture
- Support 300 employees in CZ/HU/SK who are located in 3 sites (Bratislava, Budapest, Prague and some fully remote working employees)
- Lead and develop People & Culture Generalist, cooperate with People & Culture teams in HU and SK who support us in P&C administration
- Be responsible for P&C administration in CZ, Talent management, Compensation&Benefits (implementation of new routines, processes and tools in line with regional approach)
- Ensure the people strategy, global principles/guidelines and relevant business plans are operationally implemented and lived up to
- Secure engagement and retention programs for our co-workers in cooperation with the leaders, handle co-worker related issues
- Cooperate with Central Recruitment Team, Competence&Development Team and Financial Department (responsible for budget inputs)
- Support change management

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

'- Min. 3 years of leadership role experience
- Czech/Slovak and English language is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and people management skills
- Able to work and adapt to fast changing and dynamic environment
- Structured and systematic ways of working, attention to details, capacity to handle multiple priorities
- Having up to date knowledge of Labor Code and ability to implement it in cooperation with legal department
- Passion for Customer Support Business is an advantage
