Join our team as Unit People & Culture Administrator at IKEA Romania, Timisoara Store
Our IKEA family is growing fast in Romania. After two stores in the capital of Bucharest and five pick-up points around the country, we have just started preparatory works for the construction of our new store in the city of Timisoara. The IKEA vision is to create a better everyday life for the many people. We do this by offering a wide range of well-designed, functional home furnishing products at prices so low that as many people as possible can afford them.
As a Unit People & Culture Administrator, you will create an inspiring IKEA experience we need to make sure our co-workers have the preconditions to meet our customers in the best possible way. The purpose of the People and Culture function is to secure the competence and organization to reach our business ambitions.
About you:
• Proven training in HR Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience within HR Administration
• Experience in using digital tools to optimize efficiency
• Knowledge of HR Admin practices, policies, processes, regulations, and legislations
• Capable of simultaneously handling multiple tasks and interfaces
• Project integrity, honesty, and reliability in all interpersonal relations
• High levels of flexibility and solutions orientation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Romanian.

About the assignment:
• You are passionate about customers and ensure positive shopping experience.
• Execute People & Culture administrative tasks in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration, preparing contracts, scheduling, timekeeping, booking and coordinating People & Culture related travel, meetings and events
• Execute administrative tasks linked to Learning & Development in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. scheduling trainings, arranging meeting rooms, registering participants and facilitators
• Collaborate closely with country People Delivery team to share best practises and prevent duplications of work
• Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming for the highest and the most uniform standard
• Ad hoc administrative tasks related to creating a great and efficient co-worker experience
