ABOUT THE JOB

The role of a trolley collector is to support the IKEA store by improving the meeting with the customer and improving customer satisfaction. You will do this by meeting the customer's needs through ensuring that they have access to trolleys throughout the store and help them with loading and unloading their goods. Having a passion for customer service is a skill that requires finesse, so come and show us how you would do it.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT

Your tasks will include:

· Retrieve trolleys from parking areas and ensure that the customer loading zone remains clear
· Maintain a balanced trolley flow throughout the store/home delivery areas
· Contribute to safe working environment for your fellow co-workers, and IKEA customers and visitors.
· Be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in all interactions with IKEA customers and visitors
· Contribute to continued customer satisfaction by delivering a good level of service to all visitors requiring assistance in customer loading /pick-up & car park areas
· Be proactive in resolving, or highlighting to your team leader, customer service issues for your customers and IKEA visitors
· Be proactive, take responsibility, question and put forward suggestions for improvements
