The role of the Total Rewards Specialist is to assist in establishing IKEA as the preferred employer by attracting those who share the IKEA values, ensuring development for all co-workers, inspiring them to perform and remain with IKEA by:

·  Contributing to the positioning of IKEA as an attractive place to work and the preferred employer in the market.
·  Contributing to the people agenda through total rewards projects, collaboration within the team and with stakeholders in and across the organization.

As a member of our team, you are expected to be a strong contributor to our environment as well as to the total rewards agenda in conjunction with the people strategy.

Your main responsibilities will be:

·  Interpreting, administering, and communicating compensation and benefits programs, policies, and practices.
·  Administering the annual merit process, including market pricing reviews and compensation planning.
·  Conducting job evaluations, survey participation, job pricing, and job catalog maintenance within Workday.
·  Providing ad hoc compensation and benefits data analysis including ongoing costs, pay equity, and budget support as needed. 
·  Serving as the primary point of contact for the administration of benefit programs and delivery of open enrollment.
·  Partnering with the Compensation and Benefits Manager to develop the total rewards strategy. Research, recommend, and implement new programs as needed.
·  Overseeing the development, administration, and communication of the wellness program.
·  Assisting with general plan compliance, 401k and 401a audits, ACA reporting.
·  Overseeing our leave programs.
Qualification

To be successful in this role you need to have:

·  At least 3+ years of experience in total rewards, including implementation, communications, compliance, and administration, along with exposure to and interest in payroll and mobility.
·  A Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
·  A highly organized approach in your work, be attentive to details, and capable of managing multiple competing priorities.
·  Effective communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust.
·  Experience with HRIS (preferably Workday), benefits enrollment platforms, and other vendor platforms.
·  A sense of urgency and commitment to deliver without sacrificing quality.
·  An interest in working in a multi-cultural, diverse environment in a global, highly matrixed organization.
·  The ability to support and enable change, being comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities as the business needs require.

You are highly motivated to deliver the total rewards agenda, securing operational excellence in total rewards delivery, including processes, working methods, and best practices.
