Who you are

As far as experience goes, we need someone who’s worked for at least 3 years within the area of Total Rewards or similar. Someone with experience of working with analytics tool and who’s strong in database/Microsoft excel. Someone with experience of working with global assignments is also highly valuable, since this is a position with global scope. If you’re ‘tech savvy’ and have the experience of implementing Success Factors or other digital tools, this is a big plus!

What you'll be doing day to day

The purpose of this job is to provide expertise within the Total rewards globally, with focus on effectively attract and retain key talent.

This means:
• Provide expertise knowledge in the creation and in the maintenance of the Total Rewards content areas
• Develop Total Rewards communication plans, material and support documentation together with the Communication department and Payroll specialists.
• Analyze business needs and propose development initiatives of digital tools and systems that can support an efficient and accurate Total Rewards process (this is where the tech-savviness comes in handy!)
• modify necessary (Ingka Group) policy and practices to maintain compliance with regulations.
• Monitor Total Rewards trends and review and benchmark the data.
• Provide consultation, guidance, and support on Total Rewards-related issues.
• Support Total Rewards leaders in monitoring that all our markets are in line with the mandated ways of working to secure quality, consistency and compliance, in the execution of our Total Rewards framework and policies.

The position will be located in Malmö, Sweden and report to Total Rewards Team Manager. Location can be discussed. The length of the assignment is up to 12 months.

It will improve co-worker experience, deploy digital tools, secure compliance and support our business with insights and analytics, all key components for business success.
