IKEA Museum in Älmhult is a unique place for the many people. IKEA Museum has the task to share the story of IKEA and how we make things better through our unique formula; Democratic Design. We build and strengthen the IKEA brand by offering a high-quality experience, by interacting with people in the context of life at home, home furnishing and design as well as inviting people behind the scenes of IKEA, giving a more intimate experience of the brand.
Besides our public museum we also have a key assignment within our Archive & Collection organisation to safeguard, structure and share IKEA heritage and make it accessible for today´s business development needs and for future generations.
We are now looking for a Teamleader to join the Archive & Collection team at IKEA Museum in Älmhult. We are growing and building an organization to be ready for a new challenging assignment and we need you!
Job Description
As Teamleader at Archive & Collection your main responsibility is to lead and develop people and business together in line with IKEA Culture & Values and the overall responsibility for operational topics and running business.
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Leading, managing and developing the business and people of Archive & Collection
· Contribute in the creation and execution of the business plan for Archive & Collection
· Create an inspiring and motivating direction for co-workers in order to ensure development and succession
· Responsible for the daily operational business
· Responsible for evaluating, prioritize, plan and organize incoming assignments
· Ensure a smooth, efficient, qualitative and well-balanced daily operation
· Develop and implement activities that will increase awareness of IKEA Archive and Collections within IKEA
Qualifications

We expect that you have leadership experience of developing business and people.

· Strong and proven leadership experience from a customer focused environment
· Education within relevant field

Additional information
This position is full-time assignment (40 hours per week), starting as soon as possible.
You will be located in Älmhult, Sweden and report to Archive & Collection Manager at IKEA Museum.
