Job description

Responsibilities :-

·  Responsible for contributing to all aspects of Talent Management within Ikea Service office and stores including Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Onboarding, Succession Management, Training and Development, and Performance Management in order to maintain IKEA’s standing as a place that people want to work for and grow with.
·  Maintain updated market information on competitor offers and recruitment trends in order to advise management on the best method to attract and retain the best co-workers.
·  Provide excellent customer support to our internal customers in regards to IKEA Center of Excellence initiatives and expansion development needs in terms of developing and coordinating all learning requirements for identified co-workers and provide an excellent experience for our new applicants throughout the recruitment process.
·  Securing the quality of the Performance Appraisal process, audit the results and following up with the store.
·  Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
·  Support line managers and trainers solve specific training problems.
·  Manage the delivery of training and development programs based on the agreed calendar and the business demands.
·  Identify training and development needs within the store through job analysis, appraisal schemes and business demands.
·  Contribute to the development of the engagement survey action plans and continuously follow up on implementing them. 
Qualification

·  College/University Degree within HR/Business Administration.
·  Fluent in both oral and written English and Arabic
·  Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficient. 
·  Minimum 2/3 years of experience, preferred in Retail Industry.
·  Experience in Recruitment, Learning and Development
·  Ability to assess skills gaps and evaluates the effectiveness of a training intervention.
·  Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
·  High communication skills.
