ABOUT THE JOB
Are you interested to become deputy manager first and later to take over management responsibility in one of our existing and future stores? We will provide you with 24 months development program in which you will have the opportunity to work together with one of our most experienced managers and contribute to fulfilment of store goals. You will have clear responsibilities on the level of management deputy and personal development plan to ensure that you will be able to relocate and fully take over the management position within 24 months in one of our stores.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your challenging task as IKEA Food Manager is toattract visitors to the stores, encouraging IKEA store visitors to stay longer, offering great food with quality at the lowest prices, giving visitors a tasty reason to return again and again.

YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

·Minimum 1 year experience within restaurant business

·Passion about customers and food service industry

·Ability to turn challenges into possibilities

·Willingness to work on your own development and passion to support development of others

·Interest in improvement of business processes and working methods

·Moving your limits to deliver more than what is expected

·Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Hungarian

·Willingnes to move within the countries in our region (CZ/HU/SK)
