You have strategic overview for hiring talents on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment. Your abilities to forecast and plan future IKEA needs for talents, combined with deep knowledge of candidate behaviours and labour market trends, enable IKEA to attract, develop and retain co-workers. You have knowledge and experience about localising, developing and maintaining a competence model that supports the talent management needs of IKEA, and also knowledge of analysing learning needs and localising learning delivery methods and curriculums to meet the competence development needs of the co-workers.

You demonstrate general leadership capabilities and effectiveness in leading multiple specialist team with the capacity to handle multiple priorities, initiatives, interfaces and tasks and apply business knowledge and leverage digital best practices to achieve organisational goals and objectives. You know how to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility. You express ideas and opinions effectively - with ability to influence and inspire.

For this role we believe you have minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience, minimum 3 years of experience in in Recruitment and Sourcing and experience from a global matrix organisation and/or participating in global projects. You have a proven record of developing people and organisations.

ABOUT THE JOB

In the role as Talent Development Manager, you are responsible forlocalising and implementing INGKA Group Recruitment and Selection and Leadership and Competence Development framework, approaching and processing as well as co-creating with Centre of Expertise in order to: attract, recruit and source a pipeline of talented candidates to fill job vacancies, building a fair selection. And also to ensure the right leadership and competence solutions to deliver on business targets are in place, while securing a great customer and co-worker experience.

 
You will:

·  Coordinate with the Centre of Expertise for Talent Development at INGKA Group to lead, localise and implement the, frameworks, approach and process in order to implement in the country
·  Be responsible for transmission of country Talent Development needs to the Centre of Expertise, providing the country perspective in co-creation of concept, frameworks, approach and process
·  Lead and develop a strategically focused team and ensures that the team works effectively, collaboratively, and creatively with individuals and teams throughout the company
·  Execute recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing to candidates, delivering a high standard of excellence
·  Establish a high standard of excellence within the function including identifying, communicating, localising and implementing Leadership and Competence Development for all co-workers in the country organisation
·  Drive close cooperation to ensure alignment between recruiting strategy and succession plan
·  Monitor external employer and workforce trends and leverage for adaptation of recruitment, attraction and sourcing strategies at country level
·  Network with stakeholders across the country organisation to proactively monitor and manage leadership, competence, development and succession needs for today and the future  
In this role you will report to the Country People & Culture Manager.
This role is located in Moscow, some travelling might be required.
