About the job
We are now looking for a Solution Owner within the team “Manage and Steer”. As a team we are responsible for solutions that support manage and steering of solutions, project and processes. The area of responsibility will be a portfolio of several solutions in this area, including business process management and enterprise architecture solutions.

As a solution owner you will be accountable for all aspects of solution delivery for the area (tools, processes and people), you should secure that our solutions are relevant and supports IKEA journey. This includes Business Development, Life Cycle Management and Operation (run) of the Solutions. You create and maintain the roadmap for the solutions and you create and manage the budget for the assigned solutions.

You support the portfolio plan in co-operation with the Solution Team Leader and the Process Developers. You represent solution management in relevant Governance forums and Project Steering Groups. You manage efficient ways of working and collaboration with stakeholders and you interact with suppliers in operational and tactical matters.

The position will be placed in Malmö, Sweden, but travel to other locations is normal piece of our work

About you
To be successful in this role you need to have:

·  Knowledge and experience within IT Service Management
·  Knowledge and skills in project as well as how to develop Business Solutions, including requirement management, test and business acceptance.
·  Knowledge of the people side of change.
·  Excellent stakeholder management skills
·  Solid knowledge of end-to-end Solution Management
·  Good leadership, communication skills and ability to work cross functions
·  Excellent in English
·  Knowledge within the assigned solutions, their roadmap and life cycle management
·  Solid knowledge of the relevant business process
·  Understanding of Information Technology
·  You can work with both the big picture as well as the details. You are able to structure, prioritize and to see patterns in order to derive conclusions and propose how to go forward.
