About the role

We are looking for a Solution Owner to successfully lead our Planning and Consolidation capability (focus on SAP BPC).

As a Solution Owner you will among others:

·  Working with “ Planning and Consolidation ” processes across different Core Businesses within total IKEA value chain.
·  Be end-to-end accountable for all aspects of the assigned business solutions (e.g. SAP BPC) , including budget and financial frames.
·  Be responsible for the user satisfaction rate of the assigned business solutions and for ensuring that users have the needed competence.
·  Be responsible for solution management, tactical plans and operational schedules including incident reporting, change request management and business support of the assigned business solutions.
·  Ensure that the business solution contributes to the business capability and is aligned with the business processes.
·  Be accountable to develop and implement business solutions and their roadmaps.
·  Be responsible to secure business solution service level delivery.
·  Ensure business solution compliance to regulation and standards as well as identified best practices.
Qualification

Knowledge, capabilities and motivation

In the role of Solution Owner, we believe you have: 

·  Strong knowledge of financial, planning, reporting and consolidation processes.
·  Extensive experience with SAP BPC (NW) and SAP BW
·  Knowledge of the business we support, relevant business processes, capabilities and strategies and an in-depth understanding how these can be enabled by technology.
·  Knowledge of end-to-end business solution management processes.
·  In-depth knowledge of digital technology, digital infrastructure, IT services and digital steering frameworks.
·  Experience in driving digital change in a constantly changing environment.
·  Experience with capturing and prioritising needs to build roadmaps and plans.
·  Experience in full cycle implementation and maintenance of Planning and Consolidation solutions primarily SAP BPC

What’s more? You have a degree in Business/Finance or other relevant area. You have a proven track record working on the edge of business and IT, on both strategic and operational level. Knowledge of the Planning and Consolidation processes as well as SAP BPC is a prerequisite.
