As a Service Operations Owner, you are a natural leader with the genuine passion in developing and leading people and business. You have previous experience from other leadership assignments or projects where you have successfully been leading people and IT business within a global organisation. You are working today in a similar role such as a Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
You understand the importance of building lasting cross functional relationships with both internal/external partners. You are business and people minded in everything you do, with a high ability to drive change in a changing environment. You have a good understanding of how IT and business create value.
You are connected to trends, developments and new technologies in the market and how it could improve customer experiences. You have a genuine interest in people and their life at home. You are an excellent communicator driven by results where you are always interested in finding solutions and better ways of working. You are fluent in written and spoken English.

About the assignment
As a Service Operations Owner, you will lead and secure all aspects of IT Service Delivery for your assigned area. You will be part of an inspiring team that loves challenges and changes. You will lead the way to create change for thousands – perhaps millions – of people.
Yourassignment will include:
· Managing all operational responsibilities for the IT Service.
· Secure IT Service performance in accordance with service level agreements.
· Management of supplier operational delivery.
· Budget and forecast.
· Key stakeholder towards business and projects.
Theposition is a fulltime position and you willreporttoa Service Operation Manager in Helsingborg.
