ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Search Engine Optimisation Specialist to join the UK & IE Online team based in either our North West London OR Peterborough offices.
As the SEO Specialist you will support in creating, maintaining and delivering the SEO strategy to develop improved visibility and organic traffic from search engines. You will be required to implement SEO recommendations to drive the performance of our UK and IE websites in organic search helping themappear top of the rankings every time.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
You will work closely with and support the Online Team inimplementing changes to the website that increase the SEO performanceusing techniques including but not exclusive to:
· Keyword Research
· On-site Optimisation
· Off-site Optimisation.
· Site Structure
· URL re-writes
· SEO performance and competitor benchmarking reports.
· Keeping up to date with the latest industry developments.
YOUR PROFILE
You will have at least oneyears SEO experience,have a keen interest in all things digital, and the desire and curiosity to learn more in this competitive and ever changing field. You are self motivated and able to manage your time effectively. You are a team player with can-do approach.
Your skills:
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Strong copywriting skills.
· Competent in Microsoft Excel.
· Ability to work with analytics tools such as Adobe Omniture, and SEO tools such as Google Webmaster Tools and Google Keyword Planner.
· Basic understanding of HTML.
· High attention to detail.
· Interest in home furnishing as well as curiosity about people's life at home. GROWING TOGETHER
