We are now looking for a Scrum Master with experience in the mobile app area, with high interest in building successful teams and together grow and develop with IKEA!

We believe you understandtheimportanceofbuildinglastingcrossfunctional relationshipswithbothinternal/external partnersand vendors.

You are good at communication and can easily adapt your communication depending on who you are communicating with. You are comfortable raising issues and challenge teams as required to find solutions and better ways of working. You have a good understanding of the software development as well as the maintenance process.

The Scrum Master in the IKEA Store app team will be working in the retail mobile app area and be an important part in the creation of our upcoming and innovative deliveries that will be rolled out globally to 40+ countries.

About the assignment
As a Scrum Master you will be one of the key players with focus on develop and make sure that our scrum team(s) is progressing as planned.

Few of your key responsibilities includes:
·  Manage and develop one or more scrum teams
·  Lead and maintain the agile culture
·  Drive continuous improvements and ensure the teams run efficiently
·  Be a voice of reason and authority,raising issues and challenge as required
·  Provide budget inputs and forecasts
·  Stakeholder management Theposition is a fulltime position and you willreporttoSolution Team Leader in Helsingborg.
