About you
We are looking for several Scrum Masters with lean, agile and team building experiences to help us develop our new web- and sales order management systems.You have a mature approach to handle changing priorities and communicate complex topics in a pedagogic way.You are comfortable raising issues and challenge teams as required to find solutions and better ways of working. You have a good understanding of the software development as well as the maintenance process.Your experience inagile development and knowledge of the SAFe frame work is a strong merit.

As a person you are open to new ideas and constantly looking for improvements. You enjoy working together in the team to deliver business value to our customers and know the importance of building cross functional relationships with both internal stakeholders and vendors.

About the Job
As scrum master, you are a vital part of our Development & Test team, leading one of several scrum teams and you will report to one of the development team managers.

You will:
·  Work in an agile team setup with a mix of IT and Business competences.
·  Manage and develop one or more scrum teams.
·  Lead and maintain the agile culture.
·  Drive continuous improvements and ensure the teams run efficiently.
·  Be a voice of reason and authority, raising issues and challenge as required.
·  Provide budget inputs and forecasts.
·  Do Stakeholder management
