YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
·  Supporting the Shopkeeper whichseeks sales maximization in your area of responsibility using knowledge of your HFBs, local market and your customers, as well as the IKEA tools and leveraging on the experience of your co-workers.
·  To oversee the general maintenance of the respective HFB areaand strong commercial basics level at all times andsupport the efficient working of the IKEA mechanical sales system to ensure the continued success of the IKEA Concept.
·  Required to work actively with ranges changes and commercial activities, ensuring that top selling products are stocked sufficiently and clearly communicated and displayed at all times.
·  Share your knowledge and learningwith other co-workers to create a constant learning environment and increase their product knowledge.
·  Responsible to monitor your man-hours and ensure that your HFB is properly staffed with trained and qualified co-workers at all times. YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
·  Have 3 years inhigh volume or multi-unit retail management experience.
·  Self-motivated, results driven and always prepare for new challenges.
·  Have an interest and the knowledge of home furnishing business
·  The desire to bring out the best customer oriented attitude in serving the customers' needs and growing the Company's business.
·  Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability and flexibility in supportingretail peak period in evenings, weekends and/or public holidays is required. GROWING TOGETHER
