About the job

We are looking for a new Sales Supply & Support (3S) Manager. You will be responsible for offering good service to our customers by securing product availability. This will be done by securing optimal and accurate procedures within the logistic team and through the entire warehouse, so we always keep focus on the correct numbers in stock and at the same time maintain a balance between product availability and turnover.

You refer directly to the Logistics Manager and will be responsible for four dedicated employees. We have high expectations to you as a leader. We expect you to have an open and natural way of communicating and that you are able to achieve results by developing your team.

What do you offer?
You have at least 3-5 years of leadership experience – preferable from logistics. During your career you have made excellent results and you can document it when we invite you for an interview. As a person, you are very clear and precise in your leadership and communication. You are open and straightforward when you co-operate, and you are very conscious about the value of co-operation. You regard responsibility as a bonus both to yourself and to your co-workers.

It is a key element for us that you understand how important the cooperation between functions, in order to be a success in this position
