ABOUT THE JOB
We want to fill this vacant position with an extremely commercial and customer focused enthusiast

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
·  Reporting to the IKEA Business Leader, you are to support sales maximisationin your business area by leveraging on existing IKEA product range, and tools.
·  You know your top selling products, ensuring their stock availability and at the same time, promote alternative products through effective store space utilization and range presentation to provide inspiration and encourage corporate customer return.
·  You will be involve in site visit/measurement at times to our local companies/homes and will provide them with stocks requested.
·  You will represent Ikea for meetings and hosting them in store.You are responsible in maintaining the follow up by emails and phone calls to corporate customer attending to their enquiries.
·  You are required to work closely with all departments for securing of stocks in store.
·  Youare open to work retail shifts in covering the operation's high & low peak period. YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
·  You have experience in high volume or multi-unit retail business
·  You havestrong interest in the home furnishing business and customer service.
·  You have fair commercial acumen, able to relate to customers' needs and advise them on the products available accordingly.
·  At least with 1 year sales experience.
·  You are cheerful and outgoing,with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate ideas and follow-up to incoming sales enquiries.
·  Basiccomputer literacy and ability to support store bulk purchases. GROWING TOGETHER
