About you

KNOWLEDGE:

· Over 2 years safety site inspection experiences

JOB TITLE: Safety & Security Inspector

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To better protect IKEA property and maintain a safe and secure environment for all co-workers and visitors.

About the assignment

· Take charge of daily safety / fire site inspection, recording & continuous improvement tracking

负责每日现场安全 / 消防检查、记录及改善跟踪工作

· Supervise weekly rack audit and submit the inspection report as required

监管每周货架检查并提交检查报告

· Implement security systems' regularly inspection and complete the report in time, e.g. CCTV, door access system, intrusion system, etc.

定期对相关保安系统进行检查并及时完成检查报告，如 CCTV 系统，门禁系统，闯入报警系统等

· Take emergency response for incident / accident, have the initial investigation and report the incident / accident as required

紧急响应发生的事件或事故，并进行初步调查，完成初步的事件事故报告

· Point out co-workers' unsafe behaviors if found, provide site training and corrective actions;

及时指出并纠正员工或其他人员的不安全行为，提供相关现场培训

· Coordinate with part-time fire fighting team;

协助管理义务消防队

· Participate in DC/CDC TJ Monthly Sec-Check.

参与 天津 物流分拨中心每月的安全检查

· Take Charge of Safety & Security training work

负责安全培训工作

· Take Charge of security access management

负责门禁管理工作

· Regular registration & update of government fire fighting management system

“消防户籍化”管理信息系统的信息登记及跟踪

· Other tasks that assigned by Team Leader
