We are currently offering some great opportunities within the Safety & Security Department which supports the store 24 hours a day.

You have good social skills and you have a fast perception & ability to implement requests at short notice. You are available for a variety of day, evening, night and weekend shifts.

Your mission
To protect IKEA's co-workers, customers and assets from preventable loss, injury or illness; you ensure a safe and secure environment for co-workers and customers through training, audits, inspections and follow up. You contribute by meeting standards by achieving positive results during SEC check and insurance inspections.

You participate as required in the handling of any emergency cases and provide appropriate action. You contribute to incident reporting & logging, monthly analysis and feedback on trends, as well as investigation of root cause. You will contribute with investigations of internal/external incidents as well as recommend resolutions and revision of any necessary procedures.

You will also participate in improving sales, by partnering with business stakeholders to ensure inventory accuracy and helping to prevent administrative loss.

You'll work together to ensure IKEA standards, Safety & Security Frameworks, as well as legal demands are followed. You'll look for opportunities to be more effective and take responsibility for making a difference in Safety & Security.
