About the job
THE JOB
To contribute to ensuring a safe and secure environment for co-workers, visitors and customers in order to ensure IKEA's position as the best home furnishings retailer in the local market.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
· To contribute to ensuring the security of the building and safety of co-workers, visitors and customers at all times
· To monitor the alarm systems accurately
· Implement and co-ordinate emergency response procedures in order to reduce store down time
· Monitor and maintain effectiveness of the camera equipment system
· To ensure that IKEA's access control policy re. co-workers, visitors and customers and adhered to YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
· Good administrative skills
· Customer service focus
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
