We are creating a new position Retail Communication & Interior Design Team Leader

Job description

This is an engaging and high energy role that requires a mix of creativity, knowledge of home furnishing retail and ability to express the brand identity and ensure effective range presentation.

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will present and communicate the IKEA offer in an attractive and relevant to the local market way that facilitates customer purchase.

You will plan and support the physical points for meeting and serving customers for major renovations, seasonal collections.

You will ensure the daily smooth functioning of the Communication & Interior Design Team and the cooperation with the other divisions.

Qualification

o   You have minimum 3 years’ experience in architecture, interior, visual merchandising or retail design experience

o   You are creative with a keen eye for aesthetics and well-versed in relevant software (e.g. REVIT or Auto-CAD).

o   Very good command of English and Bulgarian languages and computer knowledge (MS Excel and accounting software)

o   Good planning and problem solving skills;

o   Achievement drive and initiative taking;

o   Good communication skills and team player attitude;

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
