About the job
How is the job?
Reporting to the Recovery manager, you will assist to support the day-to-day operations and be involved in recovery work and able to plan staffing for the Department accordance to the operation needs. You make appropriate quality claims on a timely manner using online tools provided by CASY and is expected to follow closely on sales stop items by coordinating with IOS and other suppliers. You are also required to verify and match recovery journals to physical stocks to ensure stock is posted correctly. You will work closely with the respective shopkeepers and logistics in transferring and moving of stocks and keeping all parties informed whilst keeping stock change accountable. You are required to assist in posting of holding and recovery journals in accordance with the recovery SOP. You need to generate accurate price tags at appropriate rates for discounted articles for AS-IS. You also need to ensure items that are meant to be sold in AS-IS are cleared on time from the assembly section. You will carry out aging of AS-IS items on a weekly basis and follow up with further price reduction if necessary.
Who are you?
You have at least 3 years of experiences in supervisory role in managing and working with the team. You have the desire to expand your learning capabilities and take on moreresponsibilityand have an ambition to do a good job. You need to have a service-oriented mindset coupled with good communication attending to customers with their best interest at heart. You are fluent in English and competent in your writing skills to establish effective communication with all levels within and outside of IKEA. You must possess basic knowledge of PC skills. You are required to be cost-conscious in your daily task and have a good understanding that every item comes with a price tag.
