About you
We are looking for a Range Administrator with passion for technical structures and a strong motivation to develop our business and find new ways of working. We believe that you are self-reliant, positive and have the ability to see things both in detail and holistically.

You have the ability to work independently with organizing, implement and develop new methods and improvements in your daily work. You will work in a team consisting two Range Navigators who you will support with administration tasks so it is important to be supportive, communicative and to share knowledge with others. You are an initiative-taker with high energy and a strong team player.

·  Experience and strong interest in working with technical structures and catalogues
·  Good knowledge within administration and range structures
·  Great communicating skills and ability to work with and through others
·  A good eye for details and the ability to have an holistic overview
·  Ability to use an analytical and structured approach About the job
The purpose of the job is to increase the value of the creating process outcome by taking an ownership for range structure related activities and to lead a proactive range structure agenda.

The task of IKEA Components is to pursue the development of future unique and customer-friendly solutions within fittings and components to the IKEA range. We create substantial cost and quality benefits for IKEA in our development and trade of raw materials, components and fittings.

About the assignment
As a Range Administrator you will focus on increasing the value of the creating process outcome by taking an ownership for range structure related activities and to lead a proactive range structure agenda. You will work closely with Range Navigators by supporting them in administrative tasks and improvements in the registration process of items and information in the range structure.

You will also:
·  Create and register item numbers at IKEA Components
·  Challenge, develop, establish and secure the range structure at IKEA Components
·  Administrate and secure range information at IKEA Components
·  Set up and maintain working routines for the way of handling item registration and information at IKEA Components
