IKEA Torsvik CDC/DC/CPU with our 1100 co-workers will now strengthen the organization with two Quality Developers, to enable better quality to the customers.

About the job
The job is about securing that all quality KPIs, processes and unit's standard are met. To drive the quality agenda in the unit, leading the organization to meet and continuously develop defined quality standards. You will report to DC or CDC manager and work close to the management team. You will also be connected to the DS North Europe Quality Matrix group.

About the assignment
As a Quality developer, you will:

· 
Lead the overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality processes in the unit, to ensure that no damaged products reach the customer.

· 
Initiate and drive quality improvements.

· 
Enabling a quality culture where everyone feels responsible for every customer and every product.

· 
Analyze the goods handling processes and identify the areas for improvement, by listening and involving the co-workers.

· 
Facilitate communication and cooperation with all stakeholders within the unit andamong CFF partners.

· 
Maintain and develop qualitative working places, keeping the unit in “shape as new” in all dimensions.

· 
Follow up defined quality KPIs.

The position is a full time permanent contract.

IKEA DS North Europe is a part of Customer Fulfilment Organization and is responsible for the distribution of the IKEA range to stores and customers in Northern Europe. We have distribution centers located in Poland (Jarosty), Russia (Esipovo) and Sweden (Älmhult and Torsvik). In Torsvik we also have Customer Distribution Center (CDC) and our new Central Parcel Unit (CPU) that deliver IKEA products directly to the customers in the Nordic countries.
