Project Leader Digital

As Project Leader Digital you are responsible for creating and/or producing communication towards the assignors as well as internal ICOM stakeholders. You are responsible for the business aspects of the projects; create and agree on budget and offer, identify deviations and secure delivery within agreed time, budget and quality.
In this position you will also develop and maintain good relations and excellent collaboration with the assignors and other stakeholders, within and outside ICOM. You will lead, inspire and challenge the team by defining clear goals and objectives to be achieved throughout the production and secure that the production is carried out according to agreed working processes and time plans.
You take action on and communicate deviations. You will identify consequences of deviations from the agreed project plan with regards to quality, time and cost, communicate consequences with relevant stake holders and secure decisions needed to move forward. You will also secure that decisions taken are well documented and signed by relevant stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you need to have:
·Good knowledge of current web specific technology, development methods, possibilities and limitations.
·Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing or equivalent working experience.
·At least 3 years of experience with leading communication projects and/or Production management (Experience of leading a creative web production team).
·Proven experience in managing client/stakeholder relations and successful in conducting negotiations.
·Proven record of consistently meeting agreed budgets and goals.
·Experience in planning and budget management.
·Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
·Understanding of IKEAs communication strategy and/or the IKEA range and customers needs. Knowledge of the IKEA/ICOM processes. For us at IKEA, the most important thing is that you share our values.
