About the job
About you
In the role of process developer you will analyse and develop both warehouse and operational support processes. You are an important part of driving the business forward finding new solutions developing through to implementation. You will have project ownership, meaning you are responsible for developing new methods and concepts. This means that you participate in strategic discussions regarding processes or sub-processes in which you are an expert.
The role will require you as the successful candidate to work on several projects at a time, therefore good organisational skills and an ability to work independently to deadlines as well as part of a team will be essential. As you will be a pivotal part of securing change management, you need to have strong communication and influencing skills.
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
· University degree (i.e. Logistic, IT) or corresponding work experience
· Good system knowledge as well as work processes either within IKEA or other Companies
· Project management experience
· High competence in written and spoken English
· Very good working knowledge of MS office
Additional Information :
1 x 40 hour per week contract working predominantly 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
