Portfolio & Deployment Intern

WHO YOU ARE

We are Digital Portfolio & Deployment team in IKEA China Digital Hub.
With our Portfolio expertise we manage digital roadmap for IKEA China to achieve business values by working together with stakeholders.
With our Deployment expertise we lead and rollout country local & global digital products to secure operational excellence in different departments in IKEA China.

- Excited about managing projects, digital technology & strategic portfolio management.
- No limitation of your major of study, business/technology related degrees are preferable.
- A quick learner with logic thinking by proven high GPA is a plus.
- Fluent in both written & spoken English.
- Outstanding documentation skills: comfortable working in office tools such as Powerpoint, Excel & Word
- Good coordination & communication skills: could and is willing to understand, communicate and negotiate with different stakeholders;
- Relevant Internship experience within an international company or leadership experience at student union is preferable.
- Existing working experience with digital tools such as JIRA, Confluence, is a plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

'- You will work with our Digital Project Leaders, support in their daily project work and learn from them how to effectively manage projects of various size.
- You will help coordinate and talk to our global & local project teams and stakeholders in both China and Europe.
- Support of maintaining our Digital Roadmap for China.
- Help to track and document our (digital) key results according to best practices and IKEA methodologies.

You will have plenty of opportunities to touch and learn different methodologies of project management, strategic portfolio management, OKR management, etc.
- You will have a deeper understanding on business in different areas through working in various projects.
- You will get to know the organization setup of IKEA, especially the roles and responsibilities of the teams in IKEA China Digital Hub
- You will work in a highly diversified, international and friendly working environment, driven by the IKEA Values.
