About you
We are looking for a positive team player who is passionate about creating value in an omnichannel environment. Ideally you have 2 to 5 years of solid work experience from leading global and organisation-wide assignments connected to roadmaps, strategic and tactical plans and portfolio management in an agile setting. You have a holistic understanding of IT Delivery & Operations, including developing, integrating, running and supporting IT solutions.
You are a self-starter that shows initiative and takes responsibility and you are motivated by working together with other people towards a defined goal. You enjoy working on a strategical and tactical level, while keeping things simple and at the same time you have a pragmatic approach, focused on making things happen. We believe that you are someone who can build relationships and navigate complexity well. You enjoy working in a high paced environment and you have a proven ability to bring structure to a difficult setting.
We believe you are motivated by working and winning with the team seeing challenges as an opportunity for personal development. You are experienced in driving digital development and deployment and you have a high level of English proficiency, both verbal and written.

Retail Operation Solutions & Support (ROSS) is an integral part of Core Business Franchise and consists of a team of people with passion for retail and competence in business and technology. We are moving into a new chapter with an ambition to provide IKEA retailers with a set of digital products and services that are integrated into IKEA value chain and supporting the omnichannel IKEA Concept. We call this the Retail Package and it covers key capabilities for retail operations.

About the role
As a Planning Leader, you will lead the internal planning of the Retail Package connected to the roadmap, strategic and tactical plans and portfolio management. One of your primary responsibilities is to ensure total planning overview of projects, deployments and developments as well as to bring in relevant input from initiatives across Inter IKEA Group related to the Retail Package.
You have the responsibility to provide information and advice for business decisions within and across the organization to optimize portfolio and roadmaps. You will lead the action planning process and action planning follow up in collaboration with the Portfolio Leader. To steer the Retail Package through the strategic landscape, taking lead in fact-based decision-making and supporting with tools, insights and recommendations will be a large part of your scope as well as to support the decision process of phasing in and out products.
In order to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer, you will work closely together with peers across the totality of IKEA.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) located in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to the Business Operations Manager in ROSS.
