Job description

As a  People & Culture Administrator  you work with the local administrative HR processes and make sure they are put into practice in the most effective and efficient way. You will work in our two main HR systems, Workday and MySupport (Serve Now), with data registration and data controlling. You will mainly be supporting coworkers, managers and internal HR Collegues. You will also work closely to our national Community of Expertise team and Global Workday Solution management team

Your main responsibilities as P&C Administrator will be to:     

·  Contribute to create a well-functioning and compliant HR administration that supports the legal unit IKEA of Sweden AB in Älmhult, Helsingborg and Malmö (approximately 2900 co-workers including 370 managers)
·  Manage administration from start of an employment to termination, i e work with operational tasks in different HR processes and systems.
·  Take actions in case of deviations or improvement potentials.
·  Coordinate and administrate Sweden Supervisory Organisation requests.
·  Have daily contact with and give support to co-workers, managers and People & Culture colleagues. Many of these questions will be related to payroll, time, vacation, absence, certificates and other HR topics.
·  Maintain and update information within the field of personnel administration following the monthly payroll calendar.
·  Manage various of administrative tasks connected to HR operational deliveries
·  Administrate onboarding IKEA service with joiner, mover and leaver processes as the initiator.
·  Manage maintenance of various documents and run reports.
·  Continuously work with improvements of digital system solution, processes and ways of working within the area.

About you

You demonstrate reliability, honesty and integrity in interpersonal relations and feel comfortable in developing our ways of working.

Furthermore, you have good administrative, communication and documentation skills and you share your knowledge as well as you are curious and eager to learn more. You are structured and organised with a hands-on approach - you make things happen. 

You like to work in a complex, constantly changing, international environment and last but not least - of course you share our IKEA culture and values and passion for our IKEA Brand.

To be successful in this role we want you to have knowledge and experience from of various HR systems/processes in general and Workday in specific. We appreciate if you also have several of the below listed qualifications: 

·  Knowledge and experience from working with Service Now and Workday or similar HR solutions
·  Knowledge and experience in working with organisational structure with more complex organisational, both on national and global level
·  Experience from working with the Swedish collective agreement/labour law
·  Interest in and/or ability to understand and explain salary specification components
·  Relevant education in the Human Resource or Payroll field or similar experience 
·  Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing is a requirement
·  Good knowledge in Microsoft office is required

The position is permanent full time and located at IKEA of Sweden in Älmhult.
