About the job:

You will play a key role within the IKEA Austria Marketing Organisation by driving growth, engagement and a desire for the IKEA brand through a targeted and effective paid media strategy across both online and offline channels. Working with our media agencies and internal departments (including sales, eCommerce, content marketing, owned & earned media), you will execute, measure, analyse and optimise Paid Media strategies finding the optimal balance between broad and (re-)targeted campaigns. You will continually strive to increase return on investment, by constantly challenging our approaches, budget allocation, technologies and ways of working.

About the assignment:
·  You have more than two years of experience in paid media marketing across key off- and online channels in customer-centric industries
·  You are accomplished in targeted digital performance marketing (ideally using programmatic technologies)
·  You have an analytical and logical approach to fact-based decision making
·  You have wide knowledge of brand strategy, including positioning, budget and marketing mix management
·  You have established competence in agency management, negotiation and monitoring
·  You have excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)

Additional Information :

For this fulltime position we offer you a yearly gross salary starting from € 21.644,-- (collective agreement retail Austria). We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
