Packaging Specialist

WHO YOU ARE

• Basic package knowledge, major in Package Engineering and 1+ year working experience in package industrial is a plus
• Good command of English
• Basic quality knowledge
• Basic knowledge of DC operations / logistics
• Self driven, systematic and well organized person
• good communication and relating skills
• Service and quality oriented, willing to work on site in a warehouse environment
• Able to work with a variety of tasks under stress
• Works well independently and with excellent problem solving skills
• Customer oriented way of thinking
• Ability to organize, coordinate and supervise activities

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

• Be the interface with the warehouse operations for all packaging and unit load issues
• Provide trainings to warehouse staff on Neat & Clean and basic packaging knowledge
• Control the compliance of problematic packaging with technical documentation
• Control the correctness of unit loads delivered to and from the warehouse
• Communicate findings and improvement suggestions to the respective partners
• Monitor adequacy and implementation of corrective actions
• Initiate preventive and corrective actions by analysing causes of damages and reporting it to the causing party
