To inspire our customers to; browse and visit, buy, revisit and engage with IKEA across various retail channels

Contribute to the IKEA shopping experience in your unit to secure satisfied customers and increase sales, using IKEA tools and methods.
Co create with our customer to develop inspiring and functional home furnishing solutions.
To serve as a multi- skilled specialist in Home furnishings, Customer experience and Fulfilment.
To ensure that after-sales service is fast and efficient for our customers' and cost-effective for your location.
To always create a positive experience for our customers so they will want to return and shop with us again and again.
