About you
· Fluent Polish
· Very good English skills (written and spoken).
· Minimum Bachelor degree.
· Around 1 year of working experience in a similar position or within customer service area.
· Proficient in Windows-based computer environment and Microsoft Office package.
· Driver’s license.
· Service-minded and understanding customer’s needs.
· Ability to communicate clearly and in a professional manner.
· Flexibility and ability to work in a fast changing environment.
· Ability to organize and prioritize a high volume of daily duties.
· Being a team player, eager to learn, and willing to share knowledge.
· A clear understanding of and a passion for IKEA core values.
About the job
As part of the Office Support team in the Shared Service Center (SSC) Poznań, you provide excellent and professional services to the business with the business partner in focus.
You perform your tasks according to rules and guidelines within IKEA and in line with global processes and directions, legal standards and country specific requirements.
You are a vital part of a working environment where the IKEA values are a living reality and where people are working in the spirit of togetherness.
About the assignment
My responsibility is:
· Provide professional service at the reception as the first line of contact for our visitors and callers
· Provide professional office support to co-workers working from our location in Poznań.
· With help of housekeeping staff, take care of the office so it is neat and clean and well-functioning.
· Monitor stock of necessary office supplies, and place orders accordingly
· Make sure that office equipment is timely serviced and operational.
· Assist in Safety & Security related issues
· Assume responsibility for other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
· Be a vital part of an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces diversity of both - co-workers and customers.

Our assignment is to take care of transactional services for IKEA Group organizations in all European countries where IKEA has its business activities. Our aim is to work more efficiently with administrative tasks within Finance and HR throughout the IKEA Group, to help our units focus on the core IKEA business: meeting our customers.
