About the job
As a National Purchaser you have an important role to support the IKEA stores and sites in Denmark with the purchase of indirect material and services such as facility services (cleaning, security and waste removal), HR services, marketing services etc. You will be responsible for leading purchase projects from the very start to the final agreements.
You have the responsibility to lead the national purchasing process of indirect material and services. You will actively improve and develop the IKEA IMS business in Denmark as well as to lead and follow the IKEA IMS purchase concept. An important part of your role is to build trustful relations with stakeholders and users to achieve the best solutions. Together with the stakeholders you will ensure the compliance of agreements. You will secure sustainability and business ethics standards. It is also important that you contribute and exchange experiences with other purchasers within IKEA IMS.
You will be part of a small local team that consists of two National Purchasers that are located in Denmark at stakeholder and you will report to the Regional Purchase Manager located in Sweden. You cooperate with the other Nordic countries and some purchase projects are driven over the boarders.
About you
You have a university degree within finance, legal or Business Administration. Today you probably work as a Business Navigation Manager, Project Manager or as a Purchaser.
As a person you have a business mindset with a strong drive. You are open to changes and always to look for new possibilities and develop ways of working.Furthermore you have proven analytical and problem solving skills.We believe that you are a good leader with great co-operation and communication skills and you like to interact with people and build trustworthy relations.
Besides Danish, you are fluent in English, both written and verbal and you are used to work in Excel and PowerPoint. It is an advantage if you have experience from e-sourcing tools.
