IKEA Industry Dalian is belonged in IKEA Industry group and located in Dalian Development Area of China. It is the first environmental company in China. The factory site of IKEA Industry Dalian covers 37000 square meters, having 600 co-workers until now. It started to manufacture officially on 16th November, 2006, mainly in a serial of classic POANG， ROCKING chairs etc in the early period. Now, it started to have more new products like
Baby POANG, PELLO,FROSTA and Mirror etc.

Job description

·  M3系统采购模块负责人,负责每周采购计划的制定并建立合理库存。
·  常规原材料采购：五金件，包装材料，印刷品，牛皮纸，尼龙搭扣，木钉。
·  其它物品的采购：劳保用品，安全用品，保洁用品。
·  采购其它非常规劳保用品，根据申请购买保洁用品与食堂用品。
·  每半年收集、整理、审核工作服的申请，结合库存情况合理的采购，同时安排出库情况。
·  负责在金蝶系统中打印订单，确保原材料有合理的库存。
·  负责原材料到货的跟踪，付款事宜的处理，并及时在M3系统中记录。
·  就质量、数量问题与质量和生产部门商讨后与供应商及时交流并反馈信息。
·  准备每月的财务预算。
·  寻找潜在供应商得到更有竞争力价格。
Qualification

·  3年以上跨国制造型企业相关岗位工作经验, 家具行业工作经验优先。
·  本科以上相关学历。有过管理、采购、法律等相关培训经验优先。
·  熟谙采购流程、基本法务知识，以及成本控制理念。
·  有在压力下管理日常工作的能力和卓越的沟通能力。
·  熟练操作计算机，并能够使用MS Office。
·  英文可沟通。
