Who you are
We are looking for a co-worker for our Recovery who is passionate about sales and sustainability and wants to be involved in giving a second chance to our products that are slightly damaged or were used in a display.
• You have a passion for advising customers and have experience in sales or customer service.
• You work well under pressure, are business-minded and result-driven with a strong customer focus.
• You want to actively contribute to the sustainability of the store by identifying the best solutions for reusing returned or display furniture.
• You are an excellent communicator who works well in a team and also individually.
• You strive to reach goals with a high level of energy and motivation and a focus on cost-consciousness.
• You are open to change and have a high level of flexibility.
• You have good computer skills, are fluent in the local language and also know English.
Your responsibilities
• Actively approaching customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for them.
• Working with the returns customer service team to identify the best way to reuse returned products or ensure their sustainable use.
• Assembling exhibition furniture and presenting products using a strong commercial expression to drive sales.
• Minimizing costs resulting from internal use of IKEA products and damage.
• Work closely with other departments in the store to optimize sales.
• Creating an extraordinary IKEA shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
