About the job
PURPOSE OF JOB
To secure market activities on an operational level with concerned IKEA suppliers and IKEA Trading Areas, making us perceived as a very service minded and professional business partner.
ASSIGNMENT
· Responsible for IKEA supplier satisfaction on an operational level
· Responsible for related IKEA Suppliers - order handling, deviation handling, claim handling, UTG, scrap, price lists, securing all necessary system updates
· Cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders (mainly Demand planners, Need planners, Supply planners and Packaging planners), in order to maintain the business and secure daily operations
· Collect market information to secure good performance of daily operations and share on an operational level to related functions
· Operational responsible forstartupof new articles
JOB-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
· Fluent verbal and written English
· Economic and Financial knowledge is preferred
· Basic knowledge about IKEA Components business set-ups
· IKEA and IKEA Components Supply chain knowledge
· IKEA Components range knowledge
· IKEA range knowledge
· Basic market knowledge
· Good system knowledge
