Maintenance Technician (Tues- Sat| 9a- 5:30p)- $22/hr

Why we will love you

· Minimum of 2 years prior Building Maintenance experience required
· Must have experience with hand tools and their proper use
· Proven electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing skills
· Safety minded individual v Ability to lift 50 to 75lbs.
· Must have a valid drivers license v Must have ability to obtain an IKEA forklift driver certification
· Welding and fabrication skills a plus
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken, preferred

What you'll be doing day to day

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on all equipment
• Perform inspection and adjustments as prescribed by the manufacturer
• Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of coworkers and customers.
• Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned
