ABOUT YOU   

You are passionate about leading business through people. Being customer oriented you see the customer first and consider the impact on the customer when taking decisions. You apply tactical and operational thinking when analysing business opportunities from a customer/market perspective and you are inspired by challenging situations. Naturally you share the IKEA vision, values and culture.
For this role you have a university degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or proven performance in supply chain management. You bring 2-4 years working experience in a management position, preferable in distribution, retail, logistics or similar. You have proven successful leadership in delivering both business result and people development in matrix organisations. You also bring experience from leading successful projects or processes on country/market/national level securing the implementation of mid-term and long-term strategies.  
 You have knowledge in following areas:

·  IKEAbusiness model, the strategic landscape and IKEA ways of working
·  Good business understanding and very good knowledge of IKEA processes, supply chain, warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment
·  Very good understanding of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets
·  Good knowledge of market & industry intelligence
·  Good knowledge of change and stakeholder management
·  Good knowledge of different leadership styles and leading in the unknown
·  Good financial competence  
As a person you have good collaborative mind-set in building relationships across the organisation with the ability to influence others by using good communication skills. Your analytical capability to enable translation of business and customer needs into development initiatives with an end-to-end orientation is strong. In order to achieve local/market/organisation goals you possess the ability to act within the global framework.

ABOUT THE JOB

The purpose of the job is to take responsibility for securing fulfilment on the market with an end-to-end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution:

·  Securing the total input from Customer Fulfilment to the Commercial Team on the market
·  Translate and co-create commercial priorities into actions for Customer Fulfilment in the market  
You will lead, steer, plan, support, coach and follow up the daily to day work and development of the fulfilment availability and support organisation within the market with a customer-centric and collaborative approach in focus.
In this role you will contribute to creating the right prerequisites in the organisation to enable the growth agenda and secure the group and market Customer Fulfilment agenda is translated into the Fulfilment Availability and Support organisation.
You will be:

 
·  In strong cooperation with the Commercial Team responsible to decide and agree on deliverables from Customer Fulfilment side to secure the country Business Plan.
·  Responsible for leading the Customer Fulfilment part of the commercial agenda through strong interdependent leadership expertise and skillset.
·  Responsible for a strong cooperation with the Inbound and Outbound Allocation Specialists in the market in order to create and efficient and effective configuration of the order management system that includes all commercial considerations. Such configuration will secure an ideal range allocation and range administration in each fulfilment unit on the market and thus ensure an excellently fulfilled customer promise.
·  Responsible for translating commercial priorities into actions for Customer Fulfilment in the market in collaboration with the Market Fulfilment Availability and Support Manager based on the Commercial Calendar and planned local or country activities to provide seamless shopping experience with great quality for the many people.
·  Contribute to an aligned and high performing flow and capacity planning in the market through providing all relevant information connected to commercial planning and activities in a timely manner to the Flow and Capacity Planning group to secure reaching target availability to the customer at high quality and lowest possible cost.
·  Responsible for securing the total input from Customer Fulfilment in the market for the Commercial Team with strong considerations for network impact, cost potentials, supply and stock situation to secure agreed goals on the availability of range and services for customers at the lowest possible cost.
·  Responsible for supporting the Market Fulfilment Availability and Support Manager with his/her daily work connected to the Commercial Team including a strong collaboration with Group functions on the alignment and implementation of the connected ways of working, tools and methods.
·  Responsible for cooperation with the relevant key partners in the market level while contributing with both knowledge and expertise to optimal operational and multichannel development and tendering activities as well as to all matrices, global initiatives and competence networks.
·  Responsible for promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation and contribution to development and innovation for the own organisation and total IKEA in close cooperation with the Group Functions.  
·  Responsible for considering the parameters connected to the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda on the market in daily work especially in connection with securing agreed goals on availability to customers across all touchpoints.
