IKEA Tottenham & IKEA Croydon are looking for a Local Marketing Leader for each of their stores to establish the IKEA brand as the preferred choice in home furnishing products and solutions that create a better everyday life for the many people.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Secure in-depth knowledge on the stores local market and life at home, to deliver a market plan for the PMA
·  Implement the stores marketing communication strategy based on the Market Area marketing plan, store commercial priorities, local market/consumer insights and catalogue distribution.
·  Key priority is to work with and influence the Commercial group to deliver the plan to Recruit, activate and retain IKEA FAMILY and IKEA Business members
·  Communicate the concept and benefits of IKEA FAMILY to our customers, optimising the IKEA FAMILY Membership to grow the core customer base and sell more from the IKEA range, leading to long term sales growth for the store.
·  To improve coworker knowledge and competence in IKEA FAMILY and educating the store team so they understand the impact
·  Support the commercial calendar process within the store by taking responsibility for the local marketing actions
·  Implement and contribute to the MMA visitation/ re visitation strategy
·  Building relationships with community partners and communicate our sustainability actions.
·  Be in control of the local marketing budget, measuring all marketing metrics, identifying cost efficiencies, monitoring and following up all marketing investments.

·  1 x 39 hour contract - Tottenham
·  1 x 39 hour contract – Croydon

·  The ideal candidate will have a 3-5 years marketingexperience
·  The ideal candidate will have strong team spirit and will be able to build strong work relationships with co-workers as well as have the ability to influence different stakeholders in the store, and able to drive the marketing agenda in the store.
·  Start date will be September 2017
