About you
We are looking to recruit a Local Market Lead to be part of our exciting Customer Relationship Management journey at IKEA. As a person you are a true team player with a strong customer first focus. You have good awareness of “Digital and Mobile Marketing” technologies and trends within the consumer and customer spectrum. You have solid knowledge and experience of “customer engagement” and Marketing and Loyalty best practice and trends. It is also important that you have the following experiences:

·  3+ years Marketing and Communication experience and skills
·  Strong project management, organisation and planning
·  Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure effective engagement, working with subject experts during the development
·  Knowledge of working with direct communication channels within the Marketing and Loyalty landscape, in a multi-channel environment
·  Ability to apply thinking around overarching customer engagement principles and use data driven insights about customers
·  A thorough understanding of customer decision journeys and personas
Furthermore, we believe that you will have good presentation skills, with good ability to influence others. We see that you have “CRM” or “Marketing” experience in a client environment, and have a user oriented mind-set, enabling an understanding of the needs and challenges within the receiving organisation (local markets). About the job
For the last year we have been developing a Customer Proposition Framework that describes what IKEA will offer our customers, to meet their needs and wants, when and where of their choice, based on what we know about them. Throughout our development we have focused on how we will start increasing our capabilities by using customer data to be more targeted, relevant and personal.

We are now ready to start piloting our customer offerings, methods and capabilities within our local markets, to implement the frameworks we have developed.We will adopt a staggered agile approach, leveraging 'low hanging fruits' as quick wins to startto inform the design of our long term CRM approach.You will support deliveringsuccessful pilots to aselection of countries, to realise quick business benefits, whilst building long term capabilities, to start the mind set change CRM within IKEA.

About the assignment
The main taskis to act as the main point of contact and support for CRM project team, working in the IKEA Germany Marketing Team. You will support the local market and global project team with the implementation of CRM Marketing & Loyalty initiatives and youwill support deliveringa successful pilotto realise quick business benefits, whilst building long term capabilities, to start the mind set change CRM within IKEA, by;

·  Support with landing key deliverables in CRM Marketing & Loyalty, within the pilot local market
·  Support with implementing customer offerings, methods and capabilities in scope, to ensure goals are being met within local market
·  Liaise with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services etc.) within the local market
·  Support with analysis of key local market insights and data including other Market Intelligence sources to inform development of pilot within market
·  Support with identifying gaps in the market and prioritise new customer offerings in-line with local market strategic growth priorities

Practicalities
The position will be part of the CRM programme within IKEA Retail Services, and your main base will be IKEA Service Office, Frankfurt, Germany. For the internal IKEA Group co-workers this position is offered on an internal consultancy agreement (ICA) preferably starting as soon as possible.
