About the job:
You secure effective IT that supports IKEA business processes. This involves maintaining, developing and supporting reliable, robust and efficient IT solutions. You are the local business partner responsible for IT issues and work as one seamless IT organisation with IT delivery and demand. Local IT contributes to the growth of IKEA retail and improves the customer´s life at home.

About the assignment:

·  Perform and manage planned activities, such as IT installations, upgrades, local rebuilds and maintenance activities.
·  Analyse, resolve and document onsite support cases in close co-operation with the SPOC IT-helpdesk in an efficient and professional manner.
·  Act as an ambassador for IKEA IT in the country.
·  Participate as a resource in projects.
·  Take necessary decisions and actions to solve issues, as well as prioritise issues according to business needs, and know when and how to escalate an issue in the support chain.
·  Respond to IT emergency situations in the country.

Additional Information :

For this position we offer a yearly gross salary starting from € 21.322,- depending on experience and qualification.
